Mr. Liu Haibo, a Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), is an experienced actuary with over 20 years in the industry. He has a diverse background in multiple markets, including the USA, Greater China Region, and Southeast Asia. His extensive expertise encompasses product design, risk management, marketing, sales and brokerage, as well as insurance technology and innovations.
Over the past five years, Mr. Liu has led the Sapientus big data initiative in China and is now leading the efforts of expanding data and technology solutions into the Southeast Asian region, focusing on data-driven solutions for the insurance and financial services industries.

Janet Yip, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries with 20 years of global experience, leads insurance innovations at Sapientus. She has held various positions at New York Life, AIG, HSBC, and MetLife LumenLab, specializing in risk, capital, product, and Insurtech across the US and Asian markets.
At Sapientus, Janet plays a key role in advancing strategic initiatives and AI-driven insurance solutions, leveraging her expertise in insurance and Insurtech to drive execution and commercialization. She holds a Finance and Actuarial Science degree from NYU Stern and is a CFA® charterholder and CERA.

Ng Boon Chiang leads AI research and solutions at Sapientus, applying his extensive expertise to optimize digital transformation initiatives with advanced AI systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (UTM) and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Automotive Engineering (Esslingen, Germany).
His career spans IoT, automation, and biomedical engineering, with roles at NTU Singapore, Texas Heart Institute, and the University of Malaya. An expert in AI chatbots, predictive modeling, and intelligent analytics, he has published extensively in ISI-indexed journals and international conferences.

Mei Yen holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Malaya.
